The new location will also include a modern Wellby branch for banking services and financial guidance.

Wellby was founded to serve the pioneering community of NASA Johnson Space Center. That spirit of innovation, optimism, and exploration continues to shape who we are and inspire what we’re building for tomorrow.
Visible from I-45, the five-story building will create a distinctive Wellby presence in the Clear Lake area. Inside, architecture, integrated branding, and elements of our heritage will create an experience that feels sophisticated, warm, welcoming, and distinctly Wellby.

Building our headquarters near Baybrook Mall reinforces our commitment to Greater Houston and the legacy communities we have served for decades, including Southeast Houston and the space community. It also reflects our confidence in the region’s future and our continued investment in its economic vitality.
