SMS Terms and Conditions
By opting into Wellby Financial’s text messaging service (“Service”), you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions whereby Wellby may text you at the number you provided, including through the use of an integrated dialer. When you opt-in to receive messages from the Service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup. You may receive text messages from the following programs:

Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Message frequency varies, and program messages will only be sent between the hours of 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the time zone of the recipient.
You can cancel this Service at any time. To opt out of receiving text messages for a specific program, text “STOP”. After you send “STOP” to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from Wellby. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If at any time you need assistance, just text "HELP". After you send the SMS message "HELP" to us, we will respond with customer care information as well as with instructions on how to unsubscribe. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers: AT&T, Sprint, Boost, Virgin, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, Verizon Wireless.
By opting in to receive text messages, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age.
You are not required to consent to obtain an account, loan, or service from Wellby. Purchase is not a requirement of the SMS program. Example - Consent to receive transactional text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Texts may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
Wellby reserves the right to revise and amend these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Such changes shall take effect when posted to wellbyfinancial.com. Your continued consent to receive Wellby’s text messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
