Wellby Financial Account Card
You may have received an account card when you opened your account. The number listed in the "Account Number" field is your member number.
Wellby Financial Paper Checks
Remove the prefix OOXO or OOX (ex. 0060123456, 0071234567). The remaining number is your member number (ex.123456 or 1234567).
Our routing number is 313083992; this is not your member number or a part of your member number.
There is a four- or five-digit number that matches the check number; this is not your member number or a part of your member number.
Accessing Your Member Number
To kickstart your Wellby Digital Banking experience, you’ll need to enroll as a new user. Download the Wellby Mobile App or visit https://secure.wellbyfinancial.com/enroll to begin enrollment. You only need to complete the enrollment process once.
To ensure a smooth enrollment, be sure to have your member information ready. Here’s what you’ll need:
- Social Security Number
- Wellby Financial Member Number
- Email address associated with your account
- Phone number associated with your account
To avoid being locked out of enrollment:
- Don't attempt to enroll more than four times.
- Don't attempt to log in to Wellby Digital Banking using your Welly Financial Digital Banking credentials; you need to create a new Wellby username and password.
