Sign Up for Electronic Documents
Step 1
Log in to online banking or the mobile app, open the menu, click your avatar in the lower-left corner, and select Settings. Then, under Accounts, select "Wellby."
Step 2
Choose an account, then select "Documents" on any account to enroll all accounts and enter an email address to receive a notification for new documents.
Step 3
Your statements and documents will now be delivered digitally to view, print, or download.
How to Access Your Statements Online
Wellby statements are available via the Wellby Mobile App and online banking portal.
Once you're logged in, select the Account, then select ‘Electronic Documents’. Alternatively, you can select the 'Electronic Documents' tile on the main dashboard to go directly to statements.
Then follow these steps:
- Select 'Member Statements' or 'Credit Card Statements' using the menu icon.
- Select HTML or PDF, whichever you prefer.
- Select which statement to view from the list.
Your statements are available after the last day of the month.
